Oilboard Stencils
Oilboard stencils (also known as Stencilboard) are .015″ thick oil treated tagboard. These stencil boards can be used many, many times.
Mylar Stencils
Described as a “milky plastic”, Mylar stencils are very popular. This reusable stencil is extremely durable, can be easily cleaned with solvent and can be used many times and saved. This mylar material is .014″ thick.
Polyethylene Stencils
Polyethylene stencils are made of a strong .008″ thick polyethylene material with low tack reusable adhesive. Our Polyethylene stencils are durable but are limited to 10-25 uses depending on the surface being marked. Polyethylene allows stencil to stick briefly to the item to be stenciled so no tape or magnets are needed. Polyethylene stencils are great for marking pipe or for hard to mark surfaces.
Magnetic Stencils
Magnetic stencils are used in many custom application projects. This custom stencil is .020″ thick and because it’s magnetized, can easily mark your stencil on storage container drums, pipes, steel, railcars, dumpsters and much, much more. Minimum character size is 1”.
.100″ Plastic Stencils
Are you looking for a material heavy enough to be used to make stencil markings on a parking lot or warehouse floor? Our customized 1/8” plastic stencils are ideal stencils for a variety of large and heavy duty applications. Smallest character size is 1”.
Number and Alphabet Letter Stencil Sets
We also can cut letter sets or number sets from sizes 1/8” to 24”. We use Oilboard, Mylar, or Magnetic Material. The smallest size for a Mylar letter or number stencil is ¼” and the smallest size for a magnetic stencil is 1”. We offer standard border sizes around the letters or numbers but can also customize the border size, if desired.
Logo Stencils
We can create your company logo into a customized stencil that can be used over and over again. Simply send us a graphic file (i.e. .eps, .ai or .pdf) from the company that designed your customized logo, or contact your business card and stationery provider for that information.
Brass Adjustable Interlocking Stencils
Our Brass Stencils are extremely tough offering you another alternative when tackling your custom stencil projects. Adjustable and interlocking, our long-lasting custom stencils made from brass come in a variety of pre-packaged sets. The custom stencils are GOTHIC STYLE characters to be applied in a horizontal position. Brass stencils are excellent for marking boxes, crates, drums, pipes or just about anything. Our brass stencils can be cleaned with solvent and with care, can last a very long time!
